Gets the IIGIOLocation Interface that will be used to load an IGPage Object from which the thumbnail item will be generated. Your event handler can inspect this IIGIOLocation Interface and decide whether or not to allow the pages in the specified file to be used to create thumbnail items.

Default Value: The IGIOLocation (type= File or URL) that identifies the file whose page(s) are to be used for thumbnail items.
