Updates image palette entry of the IGPage Object with new values.

Syntax:

      UpdatePaletteEntryFrom (Index As Long, pPaletteEntry As
IGPaletteEntry)

Parameters:

Name	Description
Index	Index of palette entry to be updated.
pPaletteEntry	IGPaletteEntry Object from which to copy data.
