Description:

Gets and sets the default value to be used for AttrHighlight Property whenever a new mark is created. Specifies the highlight state of a Filled Rectangle, Freehand Line, Hollow Rectangle, Straight Line, Filled Polygon, Hollow Polygon, Polyline, Filled Ellipse, or Hollow Ellipse mark. "Highlight" is a bit of a misnomer, as Highlight = True means that the mark is transparent, and Highlight = False means that the mark is opaque.
