RtfToolbarClose Method

Description:

Closes the RTF toolbar. If it isn't open, nothing happens.

Syntax:

      RTFToolbarClose()

Return Value:

None

Remarks:

The RTF toolbar can only be opened by double-clicking the RTF annotation.
