Handles the MouseDown event.

Syntax:

Sub MouseDown (pIDrawParams As IGArtXDrawParams, nMessage As
Long, pPoint As IGPoint)

Parameters:

Name Description
pIDrawParams Parameters such as IG Display Page, device context, window handle.
nMessage Window message (WM_LBUTTONDOWN (int value 513) or WM_RBUTTONDOWN (int value 516)).
pPoint Contains mouse position.
