Description:

Creates Highlighter annotation with specified properties.

Syntax:

      CreateHighlighter(
Rect As IGRectangle, 
FillColor As IGPixel) As IGArtXHighlighter

Parameters:

Name Description
Rect Rectangle object that contains coordinates and dimensions for the annotation to be created.
FillColor Pixel object that contains color that entire area of the annotation will be filled with.

Return Value:

New instance of IGArtXHighlighter Object.
