Description:

Creates Filled Ellipse annotation with specified properties.

Syntax:

      CreateFilledEllipse(
Rect As IGRectangle, 
FillColor As IGPixel, 
Highlight As Boolean) As IGArtXFilledEllipse

Parameters:

Name Description
Rect Rectangle object that contains coordinates and dimensions for the rectangle to be created.
FillColor Pixel object that contains color that entire area of the annotation will be filled with.
Highlight Highlight state; if True, annotation will be semi-transparent; otherwise opaque..

Return Value:

New instance of IGArtXFilledEllipse Object.
