This function shows the file open dialog and returns the file name to load, specified as a wide string (UTF-16).

Arguments:

lpwszTitle | LPAT_WCHAR | Dialog title. |
lpwszpFileName | LPAT_WCHAR | Pointer to the file name buffer. |
nFNameSize | UINT | File name buffer size. |
lpnFormatID | LPAT_MODE | Format ID. |
Return Value:
If the user specifies parameters and clicks the OK button, the return value is non-zero. If the user cancels or closes the dialog box or an error occurs, the return value is zero.
