| hDictionary | HIG_PDF_BASOBJ | Marked Content dictionary being set into hContainer. |
| bIsInline | AT_PDF_BOOL | If TRUE, the dictionary is emitted inline. |

Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
