| nAfterIndex | LONG | Location after which hElement is added. Should be IG_PDE_BEFORE_FIRST to add to the beginning of the display list. |
| hElement | HIG_PDE_ELEMENT | The element to add to the content. |

Supported Raster Image Formats:
