This function changes the background color of a title for all icons having the same file name as nIndex icon.

Remarks:
You can change the highlighting color using the IG_GUI_THUMBNAIL_HIGHLIGHT_COLOR attribute. The Highlight function is not the same as the select function. Selecting icons using the keyboard or mouse can belong to different filenames.
