This function moves a mark to the front of the stacking order.

Arguments:

Return Value:
Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during the function call.

All pixel formats supported by ImageGear Professional.

Remarks:
The mark must be repainted in order to see a change in the stacking order. Use ART_GUI_mark_paint() function. |
An error is set if any of the following conditions are met:
- hIGear does not reference a valid ImageGear handle.
- There are no marks with a matching index block.
To move a group of marks to the front, use ART_group_bring_to_front().
