This function queries the clipboard for the number of marks available for pasting.

Arguments:

| hIGear | HIGEAR | HIGEAR handle to the image. |
| lpMarkCount | LPDWORD | A far pointer that returns the number of mark items currently stored in the clipboard. |
Return Value:
Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during the function call.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
All pixel formats supported by ImageGear Professional.

Remarks:
The number of marks available for pasting from the clipboard is returned by lpMarkCount.
An error is set if any of the following conditions are met:
- hIGear does not reference a valid ImageGear handle.
- The memory pointed to by lpMarkCount is invalid.
