This function queries the annotation opacity value.

Arguments:

| hMark | HIG_ARTX_TEXT | Annotation handle. |
| lpnOpacity | LPAT_INT | Pointer to storage that is overwritten with the current opacity value. |
Return Value:
Returns 0 if successful. Otherwise, returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
Remarks:
- Valid values are 0 through 255.
- An opacity value equal to 0 is transparent.
- Any opacity value from 1 to 254 is translucent.
- An opacity value equal to 255 is opaque.
