This function queries the end head of the annotation.

Arguments:

| hMark | HIG_ARTX_POLYLINE | Annotation handle. |
| lpHead | LPAT_ARTX_ARROW_HEAD | Pointer to the storage for function result. |
| pnDataSize | LPAT_UINT | Pointer to the variable that on input contains size of buffer specified by lpHead parameter. On output it contains number of bytes copied to lpHead buffer. If the annotation has the specified head, then its attributes are copied into output buffer lpHead and number of bytes copied is placed into pnDataSize. If lpHead is NULL and pnDataSize is not NULL, then on output pnDataSize contains the size of AT_ARTX_ARROW_HEAD structure. If lpHead is not NULL and pnDataSize is not NULL and there is no specified head, then on output pnDataSize contains zero. |
