This function adds new group to ArtX page.

Arguments:
| Name | Type | Description |
| hPage | HIG_ARTX_PAGE | ArtX page handle. |
| lpszName | LPSTR | Name of group to add. |
| lphGroup | LPHIG_ARTX_GROUP | Pointer to storage for function result. Output contains handle on created group. If group with the name specified already exists, this function returns handle of existing group. |
Return Value:
Error count.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
