| hMark | HIG_ARTX_ARROW | Annotation handle. |
| lpHead | LPAT_ARTX_ARROW_HEAD | Pointer to arrow head attributes structure. NULL value removes arrow head from hMark annotation. |

This function does not process image pixels.
