This function queries attributes of annotation arrow head.

Arguments:
| hMark | HIG_ARTX_ARROW | Annotation handle. |
| lpHead | LPAT_ARTX_ARROW_HEAD | Pointer to storage for the arrow head attributes. |
| pnDataSize | LPAT_UINT | Pointer to the variable that on input contains the size of the buffer specified by the lpHead parameter. On output, it contains the number of bytes copied to the lpHead buffer. If an arrow annotation has an arrow head, then its attributes are copied into the output buffer lpHead and the number of bytes copied is placed into pnDataSize. If lpHead is NULL and pnDataSize is not NULL, then on output pnDataSize contains the size of AT_ARTX_ARROW_HEAD structure. If lpHead is not NULL and pnDataSize is not NULL and there is no arrow head, then on output pnDataSize contains zero. |

This function does not process image pixels.
