Arguments:

| hMark | HIG_ARTX_MARK | ArtX mark that is going to be created. |
| lpClientData | LPVOID | Client data that has been passed to the IG_ARTX_register_callback function. |
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
