This function calculates the actual width of the codepage text string, taking into account the current Text Object settings.

Declaration:

        HIG_VECT_TEXTOBJ hTextobj, 
        LPCHAR lpText, 
        VECT_REAL* lpWidth
);

Arguments:

Name Type Description
hTextobj HIG_VECT_TEXTOBJ Handle to the Text Object.
lpText LPCHAR Codepage text string to calculate actual width. If this parameter is NULL, then the width is calculated for the codepage text assigned to the text object.
lpWidth VECT_REAL* Buffer for the width being calculated.

Return Value:

Returns 0 if successful. Otherwise, returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.
