This function sets the geometry normals in the range of nStart..nEnd.

Arguments:

| lpNormals | VECT_REAL* | Buffer with the normals to be set. |
| nStart | long | Start normal index. |
| nEnd | long | End normal index. |
Return Value:
Returns 0 if successful. Otherwise, returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
