This function shows the dialog that allows you to produce a watermark effect.

Arguments:
| Name | Type | Description |
| hWnd | HWND | A handle of the parent window. |
| lpFxWatermarkData | LPAT_IGGUI_FX_WATERMARK | A pointer to the AT_IGGUI_FX_WATERMARK structure. |
Return Value:
If the user specifies parameters and clicks the OK button, the return value is non-zero. If the user cancels or closes the dialog box or an error occurs, the return value is zero.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
All pixel formats supported by ImageGear Professional, except:
Images with non-grayscale palette;
Images that have a LUT attached to them.
