Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.

Remarks:
If LUT input is unsigned, valid values for index are in range [0, 2^InputDepth-1].
If LUT input is signed, valid values for index are in range [-2^(InputDepth-1), 2^(InputDepth-1)-1].
