This function will clear an array of histogram bins.

Arguments:
| Name | Type | Description |
| lpHisto | LPDWORD | Far pointer to an array of bins (each a DWORD) to be cleared. |
| nNumberOfBins | UINT | Number of bins to clear. |
Return Value:
Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
