Arguments:
| Name | Type | Description |
| hIGear | HIGEAR | Image whose count colors are to be counted. |
| lpRect | LPAT_RECT | Rectangle in which to count colors (NULL for the whole image). |
| lpCount | LPAT_INT | Pointer to AT_INT to receive number of colors. |
Return Value:
Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.
