Arguments:

| hMark | HIG_ARTX_POLYLINE | Annotation handle. |
| lpLine | LPAT_ARTX_BORDER | Pointer to the storage for function result. |
| pnDataSize | LPAT_UINT | Pointer to the variable that on input contains size of buffer specified by lpLine parameter. On output it contains number of bytes copied to lpLine buffer. |
