This function is used to enumerate all annotations on the page.

Arguments:

| hPage | HIG_ARTX_PAGE | ArtX page handle. |
| phMark | LPHIG_ARTX_MARK | Input/output parameter. If phMark represents valid annotation handle then this function call returns handle of the first annotation on the page. |
Return Value:
Error count.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
Remarks:
This function returns the handle of the first annotation.
