This function loads annotations from file to the ArtX page specified.

Arguments:
| Name | Type | Description |
| hArtPage | HIG_ARTX_PAGE | ArtX page handle. |
| lpszFileName | LPSTR | Name of file with annotations. It can be a legacy Art2 data file or ArtX XML annotation storage. |
| dwPageNumber | AT_DWORD | Specifies annotation page number to load from multi-page file. |
| bAppend | AT_BOOL | When set to FALSE, specifies that current content of ArtX page is destroyed before annotation loading. Otherwise file content is to append ArtX page |
Return Value:
Error count.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
