Arguments:
| Name | Type | Description |
| hArtPage | HIG_ARTX_PAGE | ArtX page handle. |
| hIGear | HIGEAR | Handle to the image page with annotations. It can be TIF or PDF page. |
| bAppend | AT_BOOL | When set to FALSE, specifies that the current content of ArtX page is destroyed before annotation loading. Otherwise file content is to append ArtX page. |
