Arguments:
| hDrwng | Handle to the Drawing. |
| nType | Type of the entity to be created. |
| lpId | Entity identifier being assigned. |
| lpEntity | Buffer for the handle to the newly created entity. |

Returns 0 if successful. Otherwise, returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
