Arguments:
| mcTag | Tag name for the place. Must not contain any white space characters (for example, spaces or tabs). |
| mcDict | Optional Marked Content dictionary associated with the place. |
| bIsInline | If TRUE, place is emitted into the page content stream inline. |
| lphPlace | The place object. |
Return Value:
Error count.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
Remarks:
Call IG_PDE_element_release to dispose the created place object when finished with it.
