| lpData | Buffer containing the data to read into the stream. This data buffer must not be disposed of until the stream is closed. |
| nLen | Length of data, in bytes. |
| lphStream | Handle to the new stream. |
Return Value:
Error count.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
Remarks:
The stream is seek-able.
