This function is used to enumerate all selected annotations on page.

Arguments:
| hPage | ArtX page handle. |
| phMark | Input/output parameter. If *phMark represents valid annotation handle then this function call returns handle of next selected annotation on the page. |
Return Value:
Error count.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
Remarks:
This function returns handle of next selected annotation.
