Public PropertyArrowheadSize Arrow head size. If set to 0, then no arrow head is drawn.

Public PropertyObliqueStrokeSize Oblique stroke size. If set to 0, then arrow head is drawn. If greater than 0 then oblique stroke is drawn.

Public PropertyPoint1 End point of the ruler.
