 NameDescription
Public EventMarkCreated Occurs right after an annotation is created.  
Public EventMarkCreating Occurs just before an annotation is created.  
Public EventMouseLeftButtonDown Occurs when the left mouse button is pressed (or when the tip of the stylus touches the tablet) while the mouse pointer is over or outside of an annotation mark.  
Public EventMouseLeftButtonUp Occurs when the left mouse button is released while the mouse pointer is over or outside of an annotation mark.  
Public EventMouseMoved Occurs when the coordinate position of the mouse (or stylus) changes while over or outside of an annotation mark.  
Public EventMouseRightButtonDown Occurs when the right mouse button is pressed while the mouse pointer is over or outside of an annotation mark.  
Public EventMouseRightButtonUp Occurs when the right mouse button is released while the mouse pointer is over or outside of an annotation mark.
