Public EventModifyMark Occurs after an annotation has been changed, moved or resized using the Annotator.  
Public EventMouseLeftButtonDown Occurs when the left mouse button is pressed (or when the tip of the stylus touches the tablet) while the mouse pointer is over or outside of an annotation mark.  
Public EventMouseLeftButtonUp Occurs when the left mouse button is released while the mouse pointer is over or outside of an annotation mark.  
Public EventMouseMove Occurs when the coordinate position of the mouse (or stylus) changes while over or outside of zan annotation mark.  
Public EventMouseRightButtonDown Occurs when the right mouse button is pressed while the mouse pointer is over or outside of an annotation mark.  
Public EventMouseRightButtonUp Occurs when the right mouse button is released while the mouse pointer is over or outside of an annotation mark.  
Public EventPreCreateMark Occurs just before an annotation is created.  
Public EventPreDeleteMark Occurs just before an annotation is deleted.
