Public PropertyArrowheadSize Arrow head size. If set to 0, then no arrow head is drawn.  
Public PropertyDimensionLine Visual ruler line position.  
Public PropertyDimensionScale Scale of the ruler  
Public PropertyObliqueStrokeSize Oblique stroke size. If set to 0, then arrow head is drawn. If greater than 0 then oblique stroke is drawn.  
Public PropertyPoint0 Start point of the ruler.  
Public PropertyPoint1 End point of the ruler.
