The following parameter settings are used to enable annotation:

• artStorageRootPath - (Optional) The storage root folder path where annotations data files are stored. If this attribute is missing then the "storageRootPath" folder will be used. 
• artDataFileNameFormat - (Optional) Specifies the annotation data file name format. It defaults to the format string "{0}.xml". The {0} in this format is replaced with the value of DocumentIdentifier. For example if your image file is Myimage.tif, then the annotations file will be Myimage.tif.xml.
