Transfer Syntaxes

There are two ways to specify transfer syntax (compression) for DICOM image saving: SaveFormat parameter, and TransferSyntax DICOM format option. SaveFormat is an easy-to-use shortcut, while TransferSytnax option provides the full selection of transfer syntaxes for image saving.
