UpdateAnnotations Method

Causes a redraw of the annotations. Can be used instead of Update anytime only the annotations have been updated.

updateLayoutOnly: Whether the update should update layout only, or should recreate all the annotations. Use true when only layout specific parameters have changed and no new annotations added.
