Parameters

pixelCount: Quantity of pixels to be stored in array.
channelCount: Quantity of channels in an image whose pixels are stored in array.
bitsPerChannel: Actual size of store to contain color value for each image channel.

Remarks

Initializes the pixel store using the pixel's defining attributes and the length of the array.
