page: ImGearPage object to apply effect to.

preset: One of the night vision preset schemes (Camera, Binocular, Sniper, SpyPhoto, Television, Martian, Moonlight).

borderWidth: Width of the border.

noise: Amount of noise to add.

This method applies 'night vision' effect to the image.
