Gets and sets enabling of DICOM decompression of JPEG images.

True to enable DICOM decompression of JPEG images.

False to disable DICOM decompression.

Remarks

The default value is False.

This is a special use for DICOM images. Since there is no file indicator for cosited subsampling, it must be determined independently of the application decoding the image.
