Gets and sets whether to scale to gray when LoadResizeEnabled is set during a load.

True to scale to gray during the load resize.

False if not scaled to gray during the load resize.

Remarks

When LoadScaleToGray is set TRUE, and the current image being loaded and resized is 1 bit per pixel (black and white), the image resizes and scales to gray. The resulting image is an 8-bit per pixel grayscale image.

It is particularly useful when attempting to create a thumbnail image of the original that is visually pleasing.
