Description
Adds a Modca tag to an image by a pointer.

Parameters
ModcaId
The Modca ID to add in the tag.
Count
The count of bytes in the ModcaData parameter..
ModcaData
The address to an array of bytes of size Count which contains the Modca data to add.

Note: Available in Professional Edition.
