Description
Restores and balances color quality within an image.

Remarks

This method functions by centering the median of the Cb (of YCbCr, which is related to blue minus luminance) component histogram.  

AutoColorBalance also restores and balances color quality, but uses a different algorithm.

Note: Available in Professional edition.
