Description
Gets and sets the horizontal alignment of the image being viewed.

Return Type
An enumAlignH enumeration value to use to align the image horizontally.
Remarks

The default value is AlignH = Center (1).

When the displayed image is smaller than the viewing window, the image is horizontally aligned according to this setting.
