This method allows the loading of a specific file.

FromFile(ImagXpress,String)	This method allows the loading of a specific file.
FromFile(ImagXpress,String,Int32)	Loads an Image from the specified file.
FromFile(ImagXpress,String,LoadOptions)	Loads from a file, additional loading options can be specified.
FromFile(ImagXpress,String,Int32,LoadOptions)	Loads from the given file and specified load options creating a new ImagXpress workspace component.
