Description
Changes the specified menu item from the specified menu.

TopMenuID
Top-level menu ID of the item to change.
SubMenuID
Sub-level menu ID to change, if this is to change a sub-level menu item, otherwise this parameter should be 0.
MenuText
The new text.
Remarks

A menu ID of 4100-4200 is reserved for menu separator bars and can not be changed.

Note: The Toolbar must be activated before any context menus can be modified.
