To Install the FormFix Component

Run the downloaded setup program which installs the development kit on your development machine.

The downloaded development kit includes code samples for supported platforms. Samples are available through the Start | All Programs | Accusoft | FomFix 5 menu.

By default, this will register trial licensing which allows you to develop applications but not distribute them. The trial license allows testing of all the functions and features.

Please see the topic Distributing FormFix to understand the limits and details to converting licensing editions.

In order to distribute your finished application you must purchase and install a fully paid license from Accusoft. The paid licenses override trial licenses.

To Use FormFix Help Files

Once you have installed FormFix, you will have access to the following stand-alone help file:

Accusoft.FormFix5.Net.chm - Access the FormFix stand-alone help through the Windows Start menu: Start | All Programs | Accusoft | FormFix 5.

In addition, you will have access to the following compiled collection help file:

Accusoft.FormFix5_Net.cab - MHV (Microsoft Help Viewer). If you have Visual Studio 2010, 2012, or 2013, these MHV files will be registered.
